No. Searching, viewing hostels, and matching with roommates is completely free for students. Our goal is to make housing accessible and stress-free.

This is a "Stay Now, Pay Later" feature currently in development. It will allow eligible students to spread their rent payments over several months. Stay tuned for the official launch!

You can create a roommate profile specifying your preferences (cleanliness, study habits, budget, etc.). Our system then suggests compatible students looking for accommodation in the same area.

Every agent must undergo a verification process where they submit valid identification. Listings are manually reviewed and approved by the AcadEstate Admin before they appear on the marketplace.

Report the listing immediately using the "Report" button. We also strongly advise students never to make payments before physically inspecting the property and verifying the agent's credentials.

Any active student in a Nigerian university who is passionate about real estate, community building, or blockchain can apply via our Careers section.
